Gabriel uses his power to get the miraculouses of ladybug and cat noir.

The Moth brooch allows you to akumazate someone. You can give someone their own superpowers and make that person your devoted follower.
With the cane Hawk Moth can attract butterflies and give them powers, like a kwami. This butterfly plants himself into an item with personal value and gives the owner of this item a power.
This only works if the person is badly minded or sad.
